At the heart of this bar is locally- sourced tallow, a traditional skincare ingredient known for its close resemblance to our skin’s natural oils. Tallow is deeply moisturizing and helps maintain the skin’s natural barrier without clogging pores or causing irritation. Tallow also helps provide a creamy, long lasting soap bar. It’s an ingredient our ancestors trusted, and we believe it still holds a valuable place in modern skincare.
We also include colloidal oats, which are finely ground to provide gentle cleansing and exfoliation for even the most delicate skin. Oats are rich in beta-glucan, which helps calm skin while locking in moisture. Paired with shea butter, known for its emollient properties, this bar helps deliver a silky-smooth lather that leaves your skin feeling clean, nourished, and comfortable—not stripped.
Each bar is handmade in small batches using the cold process method. This time-honored technique allows us full control over our ingredients so we can ensure less harsh additives or synthetics just a hard, long-lasting bar. Every soap is cured for a minimum of 6 weeks, which improves its lather, hardness, and gentleness.
